Meet our newest Associates as we grow our team in support of you, your customers and our expanding lineup of products and services.
At a time when many tech companies are reporting layoffs, we’re thrilled to keep adding Associates in support of our customers, Value-Added Resellers and other stakeholders as well as our growing lineup of products and services. The new arrivals include additions to our product development and Legendary Technical Support teams and additions as part of an expansion of our sales and marketing efforts.

Here is a roundup (in alphabetical order) of the newest professionals to join the Digitech Systems family:
Jesse Maxim — Web Developer
Jesse is originally from the East Coast and has been living in Colorado since 2005. A graduate of the Turing School of Software and Design, he has worked in marketing for more than 15 years as a web developer and also as a graphic designer for some of Denver’s top design companies. He spends his free time playing guitar and buying and selling vintage guitars.
Nick Nichols — Digital Marketing Manager
Nick is a veteran of the US Army who previously worked in digital marketing with Inter IKEA Group, BrandSafway and TreadWright Tires. Nick also has served in marketing roles with Google and Samsung. He earned a degree from Texas A&M University.
Zach Robinson — Senior Client Development Manager
Zach brings nearly a decade of industry experience to the sales team in his role as senior client development manager. Most recently, he worked as a district sales manager with Cranel. Previously, he was a copier representative with Konica Minolta.
A graduate of Texas A&M University-Commerce, Zach and his wife Nikki are the parents of two daughters. He grew up in Wylie, Texas, near Dallas, where his interests included church, sports, hunting and spending summers at the lake. Today, if you need to find Zach on his off hours, the best places to look would be at one of his children’s dance recitals or cheer practices.
Michael Roitman — Software Engineer
Michael, a former Digitech Systems college intern, returns after working as a software engineer for MiTek and as a website manager for National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS). He earned a bachelor of science degree in computer science from the University of Denver in 2018. Born and raised in Denver, CO, he spends his free time rock climbing, skiing and playing strategy games. During his Digitech Systems internship, he focused on implementing automated testing for PaperVision® Capture. Welcome back, Michael!
AJ Smith — Technical Support
AJ has spent most of her life in Nebraska, where she received a bachelor’s degree from Bellevue University in Bellevue, NE, and an associate’s degree from Southeast Community College in Lincoln, NE. She loves to spend time with her children, grandchildren and animals. She also loves to read, play video games, paint and crochet. AJ also has been involved in roller derby since 2010. She played for a couple of years and has since moved to officiating.
Conner Smith-Schneider — Technical Support
Conner received an associate’s degree from Colorado Technical University in 2021. He grew up in Colorado and currently resides in the Denver suburb of Centennial, CO. In his free time, he enjoys 3-D printing, working on all kinds of technology and video games.
Joe Viola — Marketing and Sales Administrator
Joe is a New England native (living at times in Boston, MA and Concord, NH) who joined Digitech Systems following his graduation in May 2022 from the University of New Hampshire, where he received a bachelor’s of science degree in business administration and marketing. In his free time, Joe likes to play basketball, hike and play drums. A serious sports fan, Joe also continues to closely follow his favorite teams: the Boston Celtics, New England Patriots and Boston Bruins.
